Steeple Rock Partners LLC, is a real estate investment firm that acquires multifamily apartments, self storage, and other high cash-producing commercial real estate. The opportunities we are investing in must meet our high standards of preservation of capital and low risk. The assets we collect produce consistent cash distributions, and build equity through future capital appreciation.

We are value investors. We create value by ensuring that every improvement to our projects increases its value by significantly more than the cost of the improvement. Our team has a competitive advantage due to the experience of our partners, our lending and property management relationships, and the close proximity we maintain to our projects.

Steeple Rock works hard to find great opportunities in growing markets. While there are many opportunities, few meet our strict investment criteria of capital preservation and conservative underwriting.
As opportunities arise, investments will be presented to investors on our exclusive investor list initially through email, and eventually in the form of an Investment Summary. Each Investment Summary will contain information that will assist investors in evaluating the quality of the prospective investment.
Each asset is titled under an LLC. The ownership of the LLC is divided among the managing members and equity investors.
Each investment project has a limited amount of capital needed to fund the project. The percentage of ownership in the LLC is based upon the amount invested.

Invest With Us
Michael is co-founder of Steeple Rock Partners, LLC. Michael earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana with an emphasis in Finance and International Business. He has been investing in real estate for 14 years. Mike has co-sponsored multiple projects to purchase 4000 apartment and self storage units.
He is also Founder and Executive Director of Storyline, a non-profit, international training ministry operating in 20 countries. He has raised capital for non-profit organizations in both startup and development phases. Michael got his first experience investing in real estate in the early 2000's while living and working as an expatriate in Samara, Russia. Since then he has purchased and managed investment property in Mexico, Austin, and San Antonio as a buy and hold investor.
Kirk earned his degree at Texas Tech University and competed further education at the American University in Dubai. Over the past 25 years he has raised over 1.5 mil in the non-profit sector, served as Vice President of Business Development at one of Austin’s premiere television production companies, and worked in sales effectiveness and strategy for a global leader in pharmaceuticals.
Kirk owns and manages both commercial and residential properties exclusively in Texas. He has served as a co-sponsor on the acquisition of over 3400 multifamily and self-storage units valued at $300m. He is a native Texan and co-founder of Steeple Rock Partners, LLC.
David earned his MBA in finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. degree from Arizona State University. David spent over 20 years in high-tech management positions at Dell, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies. At Lucent he managed a $2.5B investment portfolio and raised over $1B in funds for acquisitions.
After leaving the corporate world, David started Thompson Investing and has raised significant private equity capital. He co sponsored the purchase of over 5000 apartment units in 26 separate communities worth over $600M. He's also helped fund a $50M self storage and mobile home park fund sponsored by the CoveMark Group.
